Stone Office & IT Supply’s Oklahoma Division and Sundance Office Have Merged Under the Sundance Office Brand!

Dear Customers,

Sundance Office and the Oklahoma division of Stone Office & IT Supply are excited to announce that we

have merged under the Sundance Office brand. Both companies have a long history serving Oklahoma

businesses and putting the customer first. Sundance and Stone are combining resources to ensure that

Oklahoma businesses have a strong locally-owned independent supplier to purchase from.

Both companies and our partners have worked hard to ensure a seamless transition for customers. Everything

from your companies’ ship-to addresses, users, logins, order history, and favorite items should appear the same

on our website exactly as they had on the previous Stone website.

In joining forces, strengths from both organizations will be combined giving Sundance customers access to a

larger selection of printers and office machines, as well as enhanced ink and toner services including Managed

Print Services and Auto Toner Replenishment Programs. While current Stone customers will gain access to a

wider range of products and services including additional janitorial and chemical lines and access to a Jan/San

Facility Specialist, full service furniture design and installation, custom print services, promotional products,

branded apparel, in-house graphic design services, and a larger selection of popular breakroom products

including sodas, coffee, and snacks.

Sundance Office owners, Dyan and John Condry, and Stone Office & IT’s owners, Jay and Karen Runyan, are

proud to announce that Stone employees in the state of Oklahoma including Mark Lowe and Chris Nichols

Important Invoicing Note: Orders Invoiced from Stone Office & IT Supply billed up to August 31st , 2022 shall

be paid to Stone Office & IT Supply. All orders invoiced from September 1st on will be invoiced from Sundance
