Returns must be requested by email, phone, or on our website using the form below in order for our team to issue an RA# and pickup request for our Sundance driver.
- Unopened items can be returned for full credit within 10 days of delivery.
- Unopened items may be returned for full credit, minus a 15% restocking fee, for up to 30 days following delivery.
- Items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced for full credit if we are notified within 10 days of delivery.
- Items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced for full credit, minus a 15% restocking fee, if we are notified within 30 days of delivery.
Items marked with the Non Returnable icon on shop.sundanceoffice.com are unable to be returned for credit and are only able to be exchanged if the item was damaged or defective.
Custom Print and Promotional Product items are considered final sale, and not available for return or credit, unless item was received damaged or defective.
