Schedule a visit for a certified service technician to give a diagnostic on your printer.
Diagnostic Visit: $55 per visit
($65 trip charge may apply for urgent visits to OKC addresses)
Included in diagnostic visit:
- Technician will troubleshoot your printer issue and provide a list of parts or service needed to fix the printer. Technician may suggest replacement depending on the age and print history of your device.
- If no replacement parts are required, technician is often able to fix the issue while on site with a simple cleaning.
- If replacement parts are required, technician will provide a quote for the parts and an estimated time needed to complete the repairs.
Service/Repair Visit: $115 per hour + parts
($65 trip charge may apply for urgent visits to OKC addresses)
- Can be done while onsite following a diagnostic if parts are available.
- Technician will replace any necessary parts and get your printer back up and running.
